Forty-five years of building

Al-Baz Group is a family-founded Iraqi group headquartered in Baghdad. Since 1980 we have built companies across food, tobacco, trading, real-estate investment, and hospitality — employing hundreds of Iraqis.

Milestones
1980

Al-Baz founded in Baghdad; the first production line starts and the Al-Baz brand is born.

1990s

Food production expands with the establishment of Baz Ready-Made Foods Ltd.

2000s

Entry into the molasses-tobacco sector through Al-Baz Molasses Tobacco Production.

2010s

Expansion into general trading and real-estate investment through Modern Visions and Tayeb Al-Khair.

Today

Five companies, 600+ employees, and the newest addition — Beethoven Restaurant & Café.
